Research theme

Multiple scattered waves in random media produce complicated and irregular interference patterns. Yet statistical properties of these patterns are amenable to theoretical approaches. I have been studying this topic theoretically in the context of electronic conductivity, by using random matrix models and effective supermatrix field theories. My current interests are in quantum decoherence and in an improvement of diagrammatic perturbation theory, guided by the exact results of random matrix models.
