There are enormous and various contents such as books, musical pieces, movies, recipes, restaurants, and tourist spots all over the world. A recommender system is a system that provides contents suitable for users' preferences and contexts from such massive contents. Our laboratory aims at developing novel recommender systems by utilizing various technologies such as databases, GISs, machine learning algorithms, and data mining algorithms.
