This research project compiled a learner corpus with two purposes. The first is to enable teachers of English to closely investigate EFL (English as a foreign language) learners' accuracy and fluency in writing, speaking, reading, and listening. The second is to serve as a language resource for the development of a computer-assisted language learning/teaching system that can choose basic practices appropriate to the target EFL learners' proficiency level.
