Our research has mainly focused on "Environmental Impact Assessment" including many fields such as environmental chemistry, waste engineering, analytical chemistry, spectroscopy, risk assessment, and statistics. Our research interests are shown below:

• Developing framework of environmental impact assessment including abiotic and biotic spheres
• Thermochemical interaction between metals and organic compounds
• Base, rare, and noble metals from waste/recycling process
• Chemical speciation of elements (especially, halogens) in material and anthropogenic cycles
• Comprehensive risk assessment coalescing bioaccessibility and speciation

We would like to study with wide-ranging interest from sophisticated mechanism-base study by means of synchrotron radiation facility to development of engineering technique linked to our life.
