Social media provide a vast repository of diverse information and continue to evolve as important media of human communication in the Web space. Knowledge discovery from social media data is becoming an important and challenging research issue in the field of artificial intelligence. We aim to develop effective and efficient methods to analyze various information dynamics over social networks in social media sites on the basis of machine learning approaches.
